1. Scope and Application

1.1 This Return Policy and Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") shall govern all returns, refunds, and related processes between EFILIRPY GROUP LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Clients").

1.2 By engaging the services of the Company, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

2.1 Subject to the conditions herein, the Company shall accept returns and process refunds for eligible products and services within twenty (20) working days from the date of delivery or service completion.

2.2 Eligible Products and Services:

  • Tangible marketing materials in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Standard, non-customized digital assets.
  • Event supplies in unused, resalable condition.

2.3 Ineligible Products and Services:

  • Customized or personalized marketing materials.
  • Digital goods that have been accessed, downloaded, or used.
  • Services that have been fully or partially rendered.
  • Any product or service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Return and Refund Process

3.1 To initiate a return and refund request, the Client must:

  • Contact the Company's customer service department via email at info@efilirpy-group.com within twenty (20) working days from the date of delivery or service completion.
  • Provide the order number, item details, and a comprehensive explanation for the return request.

3.2 Upon receipt of a valid return request, the Company shall:

  • Review the request within three (3) working days.
  • Provide the Client with return instructions, including the designated return address.
  • Issue a return authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the return package.

3.3 The Client shall bear all costs associated with returning the product unless:

  • The product was defective upon arrival, or
  • The Company delivered an incorrect product.

3.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), the Company shall:

  • Process the refund within twenty (20) working days from the date of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Issue the refund to the original payment method used by the Client for the purchase.

3.5 The refund amount shall include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping costs, only if the return is due to a Company error or product defect.

3.6 The Company reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% from the refund amount for high-value items or bulk orders, as communicated to the Client upon initiating the return process.

4. Condition of Returned Items

4.1 All returned items must be:

  • In unused, resalable condition.
  • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Free from any damage not present at the time of delivery.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria specified in Section 4.1 or appear to have been used or altered in any way.

5. Exceptions and Limitations

5.1 The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Software licenses
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

5.2 For damaged or defective items, the Client must:

  • Notify the Company within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • Provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Await further instructions from the Company regarding replacement or refund.

6. Amendments and Governing Law

6.1 The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Policy will be available on the Company's website.

6.2 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

7. Severability

7.1 If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company with respect to returns and refunds, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.

By engaging the services of EFILIRPY GROUP LIMITED, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy and Terms of Service.
